When I first joined, I worked as an operator for a printing machine. However, it does not immediately work as the main operator, but as an operator to clean machines and others. It takes about 3-4 years to become an operator who can run machines. This proves that it takes special skills to become an operator.

4. Ability to operate a CNC/Lathe machine
5. Proficiency in MS Office
6. Ability to draw objects is a plus
7. Ability to work quickly, accurately, and responsibly
