When I first joined, I worked as an operator for a printing machine. However, it does not immediately work as the main operator, but as an operator to clean machines and others. It takes about 3-4 years to become an operator who can run machines. This proves that it takes special skills to become an operator.

Qualifications:
1. Male/Female, max age 35 year
2. Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
3. Able to work with a team
4. Can communicate well, be active and responsible
5. Target oriented
6. Analyze/evaluate composition and graphic design input
7. Handle sample making and analyze the conditions of the sample making process
8. Evaluate product quality
9. Identify products using laboratory instruments
10. Carry out stability tests and suitability of packaging contents
11. Preferably experience in Flaxible Packaging and Japanese Industry
