Production and Japanese Language Training Program

As part of the Human Development program, PT Avesta Continental Pack cooperates with the holding company in Japan, Fujimori Kogyo Co., Ltd. started a training program namely the Production and Japanese Language Training Program. This training program has the aim of increasing capabilities both in terms of knowledge, production skills and others as a support for improving quality and product development in the future. This year, we dispatched 4 selected employees to attend training in Japan for about 4-5 months. We hope that this program can be sustainable in the future as a way for us to continue to develop and improve product quality.
