SMK3 training is an effort to realize the guarantee of workers’ occupational safety and health rights. In making it happen, companies also need to apply SMK3 training procedures according to the rules.
One of the requirements that must be met by a company in fulfilling the Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) Management System is the preparation of training procedures. This applies to both the OSH Management System guidelines at the international (OHSAS 18001) and national (SMK3 PP No. 50 Year 2012) levels. As a company that has a workforce of more than 100 people, the company is also required to have SMK3 experts in it. Currently, everything needed for SMK3 expert certification is being carried out.
